Robert A. Grosser, Of Counsel
Prior to joining Rooney McBride & Smith, LLC, Attorney Robert A. Grosser was a partner with a regionally recognized Social Security Disability, Bankruptcy, Family Law and general litigation law firm in Springfield, Missouri, where he represented individuals in cases throughout the Midwest. Robert is admitted to practice in Missouri and Kansas, the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri, and the United States Court of Appeals, Eighth Circuit. He focuses his practice on bankruptcy, family law, social security disability, personal injury, corporate and traffic law.
Robert graduated from the University of Kansas in 1991 with a B.S. in Political Science. After completing his undergraduate degree, he attended law school at Washburn University, where he obtained his law degree in 1994.
Robert is a member of the Missouri Bar and the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association, in which he is also a member of the Family Law Committee. Additionally, Robert has completed Alternative Dispute Resolution Training through St. Louis University’s School of Law.
Robert is actively involved in the Springfield community and is a member of Schweitzer United Methodist Church. In addition, he serves on the Board of Directors for Springfield Little Theatre, was past president of D.A.R.E Springfield, past PTA President at Eugene Field Elementary School, served as a leader in the local Cub and Boy Scouts organization, and was nominated in 2011 as the Father of the Year. Robert and his wife, Wendy, have three children. Outside of the practice of law, Robert enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.
