Rooney McBride

Attorney Heather Rooney McBride is the founding member of Rooney McBride & Smith, LLC. She practiced with a large civil litigation firm and then a mid-sized general practice firm before opening RMS in 2011. Heather’s primary practice areas include estate planning and trust administration, business and real estate transactions and litigation matters, church and non-profit law, and corporate law, including compliance, human resources, and employment issues.

Heather is licensed to practice law in Missouri, Arkansas, and Oklahoma, and she routinely represents clients in state and federal courts in each of those states. Heather is a member of the American Bar Association, the Society for Human Resource Management, the Missouri Bar Association, the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Greene County Estate Planning Council, and the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association. Presently, Heather is serving her second term as a Director of the Springfield-Branson National Airport Board.
