Colleen Hutchins 

Colleen Hutchins is the Office Administrator for Rooney McBride & Smith, LLC. Colleen manages a variety of administrative functions for Rooney McBride and Smith ranging from hiring new employees, managing employee performance, serving as the administrator for employee benefits, as well as serving as a coordinator for Rooney McBride and Smith client and vendor communication. Colleen has extensive leadership experience and a passion for personnel management. Colleen has served in formal leadership positions for more than twenty years and provides a strong background that is key for successfully managing the daily operations of the firm. Prior to joining Rooney McBride and Smith, Colleen had an established management career with American National Insurance and while there she served as a Director in the Underwriting Services Division. Colleen graduated from Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and an emphasis in Administrative Management. Colleen and her husband have two children. During her personal time, she enjoys spending time with her family, participating in church activities, supporting her children in their extra-curricular activities, and traveling together on family vacations.
